With experience of working in the emergency services, teaching and coaching, i understand first-hand the importance of health and wellbeing in the workplace. Encouraging and supporting your employees to lead healthier, happier and more balanced lifestyles leads to a higher quality of work. Employees productivity will increase as they'll feel more energised and inspired to perform well and make fewer mistakes along the way. If an employee feels like management see them as only another cog in the machine, they're less likely to give it their all. However, an employee will feel more motivated to work when they know their employee cares about their wellbeing. One-to-One Coaching
There personalised one-to-one sessions enable employees to receive individual support and encouragement that can create behavioural change. We discuss in detail the employees health history, before planning and setting sustainable and manageable goals for the employees to work towards. Three sessions per employee will allow for adequate time to make progress. Following each session, tips and techniques, handouts and detailed notes with action steps are given to follow in between each appointment.
Small Group Workshops
These consist of approximately six people. The subject matter/theme will be determined ahead of the workshop and can be a fantastic method of creating an open and honest discussion. However, some employees may shy away from this, feeling less confident to open up about other employees they're working with. Additionally, workshops can naturally allow for a greater level of detail and diversion. Each workshop comes with handouts and detailed notes following the workshop, based around the discussions covered in the workshop
Presentations
These offer an understanding into healthy living, and what your employees can do to be proactive with their health and wellbeing. The topic of the presentation will be based on what the business needs, and discussed with the business in advance. I offer seasonal presentations on a relevant health topic. For example, how to build immunity during the winter season. All sessions are accompanied with handouts and followed up with detailed notes of the session.
