We can often find that opportunities for self-care are very limited with the demands of our modern day world and the environment that comes with it. On average, our diets have generally worsened over the last decade, and statistics have shown we are living more of a sedentary lifestyle. This can have negative effects on our physical and mental wellbeing. This whole process can be hard to rectify, which is where personalised one-to-one sessions can be really beneficial. By offering you guidance and support, a listening ear, my devoted time as well as experience within the health industry, we will create simple and manageable health habits which you can add in to your day to day life to take control and optimise your health.
A Silver Lining
The perfect beginning to your healthy living journey if you’re unsure about committing to the longer-term programme. We will discuss in depth your main health concerns before forming a plan to help you implement small changes on your journey to great health This session will last for approximately 1 and a half hours.
2-4 weeks later, we will review the impact of these changes to see how they have inspired and motivated you to take that step towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I will supply you with follow up notes, tips & tricks, handouts and delicious recipes to use at your disposal

Mastering Your Inner and Outer Self
This coaching programme will be suitable for you if you're looking to make sustainable and manageable changes to your diet, lifestyle habits including exercise, reducing stress and improving your sleep.
In our first 60-minute initial consultation, we will set your goals and strategy, and discuss any health concerns, in addition to your health history.

60-minute x 6 or 12 follow up coaching sessions every 1-4 weeks (depends on what suits you), customized to your needs and health concerns. This allows for any adjustments to be made, and celebrate your wins.

After each session, you will receive detailed session notes with action steps for you to follow between sessions.

Knowledge regarding how the body works and how to construct healthy and sustainable habits throughout your lifetime.

Meal planning and recipes.

Supporting materials including tips and techniques, handouts, exercise videos podcasts, social media videos (YouTube), books, useful articles.

Mastering the mind - techniques on how to reduce stress and mindfulness exercises.

Accountability and motivation to attain your goals.

Unlimited access to me for question in between sessions.
